Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days within the US. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at Support@electroarea.com as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
How do I request a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@electroarea.com with photos of the damage, and we'll make it right.
Products
Do your projectors work in a bright room?
Our projectors perform best in a darkened environment. For bright rooms, we recommend models with higher lumen output (3,000+ lumens). Check each product's specifications for details.
Are your smart home devices compatible with Alexa and Google Home?
Most of our smart home devices support both Amazon Alexa and Google Home. Compatibility details are listed on each product page.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay. Additional options may be available at checkout.
