  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Other Countries: 10–25 business days

Note: These are estimated times only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs, shipping carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen events.


3. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update after receiving the tracking number.

  • Some countries may have limited tracking updates depending on the local postal service.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We can reship it, but the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  1. Take clear photos of the item and packaging.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
